Christina Aguliera was arrested early Tuesday morning with boyfriend Matthew Rutler. Rutler was driving erratically, he was pulled over at 2:45 a.m., he was then arrested for driving under the influence. Christina was arrested for public intoxication. Claims were made that the singer was arrested for her own welfare, due to the fact that the only person she was with was intoxicated and she was also too intoxicated to be in public. The stars bail was set at $250, and her boyfriends a whopping $30,000. Friends of Christina say they are fed up with the star, and that her behavior is spiraling out of control.
