It was ordered that Lindsay Lohan serve a 120 day jail sentence and remain on probation in a 2007 drunken driving case while she completes a total of 480 hours of community service and undergoes psychological counseling. This is due to her theft of a $2,500 necklace from an upscale shop in Los Angeles. Lohan has been convinected in the past but the longest the star has ever stayed was 14 days, she was released due to overcrowding and her crimes being considered not a serious criminal act, since they were misdemeanors.
Former Korn musician Rob Patterson helped create the callaboration of Sheen and Snoop during the "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour. His fiancee Carmen Electra even does the opening line "Oh, good evening Mr. Sheen, are you winning?" In addition to the hip-hop version the trio created a rock version and even another for sporting events. Sheen's team even contacted Miami Heat to have them make "Winning" the NBA Playoff anthem. But there is no confirmed answer on if that is going to occur.

Charlie Sheen battles extranged wife Brooke Mueller for custody of their twin boys. No resolution has been made in court yet, and neither side is releasing information. The case has been sealed by Judge Hank Goldberg, by Mueller's request for the best interest of the children. To sheild them from the abuse.
Sheen is also suing "Men" Executive Producer Chuck Lorre. Warner fired Sheen after a series of strange and inappropriate behaviors during interviews and after he criticized Lorre.Sheen has said during his stage show that he would return to the show. Warner currently has no intentions of rehiring Sheen.
Lady Gaga's upcoming album Born This Way, has already released two song, Born This Way and Judas. Lady Gaga revealed in an interview that the Judas song is very important to her and that the video will display this. The video will include motorbikes and death, and ending with a strongly written dialogue about being past repentence. Lady Gaga said "This is my way of saying 'I've already crossed the line. I won't even try to repent.' Nor should I." Well said Gaga. Can't wait to see the video and hear the entire album.

MTV has announced that Lady Gaga will be the first performer on the MTV Video Music Aid Japan. On June 25th, the singer will join international, regional and Japanese artists as they perform to aid the Japanese Red Cross. The event is taking the place of the 10th annual MTV Video Music Awards Japan. Which will air live across all of Asia. Demi Lovato opens up about her emotional breakdown in Seventeen Magazine. It seemed her world was falling apart last summer, dealing with breakup from Joe Jonas, the ever-growing distance from best friend Selena Gomez, anxiety, eating disorders, and the pressure to be perfect.Demi needed a break, but felt to pressure to make Camp Rock 2 a success for she pushed herself.
This was a recipe for disaster. On the Movie's Concert tour Demi had reached her limits, she punched a back-up dancer. Her family and friends forced the Disney star to go to rehab. The theives managed to keep them selves hidden from any cameras and disarmed their security system. Thankfully no one was hurt during this act. Such a horrible thing to happen on such a happy day. The couple kept a positive attitude, and said "I will not let this ruin the happiest day of my life."
Madonna's education charity for Success for Kids, is being looked into by the FBI. There was claims of suspicious activity and irregularities, which led to the investigation. Nothing has been released to the extent of Madonna's involvement, or if there is any truth to these claims. She has donated $671,000 since the charity was founded in 2001. It would be a shame to see what was suppose to be a good cause being used for personal gain, rather than helping those in need. Let's see how this investigation turns out!
Rihanna has taken a hit from some people for her recent decision to relx her restraining order on exboyfriend Chris Brown, whom brutally beat her in February 2009. "That's my decision...it doesn't mean we're getting married tomorrow. It doesn't mean we're gonna be in a relationship, or make up, or even talk ever again. It just means I didn't want to object to the judge," she said in an interview.
The new order allows for the two to be at the same industry events and mingle, as long as Rihanna is not annoyed, harassed, or molested by Chris. Rihanna said that what happened between the two was person and not professional. Chris isn't allowed to perform at certain events, and she didn't want to further influence his career.
Thanks to Jersey Shore MTV had smooth sailing this year, despite losing advertisers left and right for some of their other programming. According to reports, they've had their best quarterly ratings in five year in these first few months of 2011, all thanks to Jersey Shore, which averaged the network a whopping 6 million viewers a week! That's an unbelievable 27 percent year-over-year increase! Jersey Shore ranks the #1 highest watched show, toping American Idol!

Matthew Knowles is now focusing o managing his other artists including Trinity 5:7, Brian Courtney Wilson, Micha Stampley, Vanessa Bell Armstrong and Dr. Juanita Bynum. He is focusing on gospel and inspiration division artists.
Beyonce even said "I am grateful for everything he has taught me. I grew up watching both he and my mother manage and own their own businesses. They were hard-working entrepreneurs and I will continue to follow in their footsteps." It's good to see the business split hasn't torn the family apart.
Dolly Parton announced that she will be releasing a new album this summer, called Better Days. The country star will be on a world tour promoting the CD, through the US, Europe, and Australia. She will be performing her single, Together You & I, as part of a live performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show May 26th. Dolly put a lot of thought and passion into this album. Ja Rule plead guilty on Tuesday to tax evasion in federal court in New Jersey. The rapper admitted to failing to pay taxes for more than $3 million in income. The money was earned between 2004 and 2006, when he lived in Saddle River in northern New Jersey. As part of a plea agreement, the government dismissed two counts against him for unpaid taxes on income earned in 2007 and 2008. Ja Rule is expected to face his sentencing in June, he could face up to one year in prison and $100,000 in fines on each count. The rapper also faces sentencing June 8th in New York on an attempted weapon possession charge, that he plead guilty to in December, which he agreed to a two year prison term.
Looks like Chris Brown is back to his angry ways. He reportedly was flipping out on the set of Good Morning America, after an interview with several questions about his physical altercation in 2009 with Rihanna. The singer smashed a window in his dressing room with a chair, sending shattered glass into the streets of Manhattan. He also was screaming backstage scaring the crew, security had to be called.
Robin Roberts first questioned Brown about a recent legal victory, the restraining order that required him to stay away from Rihanna was softened, Chris then attempted to bring the conversation back to his new album, F.A.M.E."Definitely this album is what I want people to talk about and not this stuff that happened two years ago," Brown responded. Roberts later said that everything she asked Brown on camera was pre-approved by the singer prior to the interview.
After the interview was when the outburst started. Brown even confronted the producer, and the two had to be separated before an altercation began. On his way exiting the building, Chris ripped his shirt off and walked down the street.
On Tuesday, Pete Wentz submitted legal paper work asking for joint custody of his son Bronx, with ex-wife Ashlee Simpson. Last month when Ashlee filed for divorce against Pete she requested primary physical custody and joint legal custody. Pete wanted them each to pay their own legal fees, but Ashlee asked the Fall Out Boy sensation to handle it for both of them. When the couple wed in May 2008, Ashlee was already 3 months pregnant with son Bronx. The two rushed into marriage and parenthood which ulitmately led to the downfall of the relationship. The two singers remain friends and devoted parents to Bronx.
Willow Smith after releasing her hit "Whip Your Hair" has just released her music video for "21st Century Girl." This new song isn't quite the same as her debut song, but shows her ability. The video features transforming a desert into the 21st century world, complete with sky scrapers. This video also displays the young singers dancing talent. Christina Aguliera was arrested early Tuesday morning with boyfriend Matthew Rutler. Rutler was driving erratically, he was pulled over at 2:45 a.m., he was then arrested for driving under the influence. Christina was arrested for public intoxication. Claims were made that the singer was arrested for her own welfare, due to the fact that the only person she was with was intoxicated and she was also too intoxicated to be in public. The stars bail was set at $250, and her boyfriends a whopping $30,000. Friends of Christina say they are fed up with the star, and that her behavior is spiraling out of control. Pull it together Christina for your 3 year old son Max!
I think it is safe to say that the world has had a little too much Charlie Sheen this week. Keep in mind that it's only Tuesday.
In his latest interview, in attempts to redeem his good media image or whatever his plan is, he has completely left the world saying "okay, this is enough. we don't care." But, let's start at the beginning, shall we?
Sheen's media frenzy of a world started, for arguments sake, last fall. His story stomped through the headlines as his addiction to drugs, hookers, and porn stars began to gain much notice. CBS obviously had enough of Sheen's antics and cancelled his show last week. Since then Sheen has been on a total of 4 major television interviews with ABC News, NBC News, TMZ and CNN.
Some think that the coverage of Sheen's antics are dangerous to the star. Many people feel that adding gasoline to the fire that is Charlie Sheen could be very harmful to him. What about Brook Mueller? Or Denise Richards and his two little girls? I wonder what they have to say about all of this...but I'm sure that People or OK! is in the works of offering them million dollar tell-all deals...so keep tight people, I'm sure we'll have more info on the way soon.

Donald Trump was not too pleased when Rihanna had to cancel her performance at this private Palm Beach Club Mar-a-lago. Rihanna then performed the next day at the NBA All-Star game. Trump dissed Rihanna to the press. Rihanna released that she had to cancel due to recovering from bronchitis, her doctor advised her that getting on a plane would further damage her vocals and urged her not to go. However the singer, was very thankful that Jennifer Hudson was able to step in.
Leona Lewis is working on her thrid album. This album isn't going to be Leona's traditional ballads, but more club friendly tracks. This is a very big change for the star, especially with her vocals. Let's see if this new direction compromises her vocal ability. Simon Cowell has influenced this change, his team is asking artists to record more dubstep tracks with traditional lyrics. They are even flat out saying no to ballads. Let's see how this album turns out.
Kim Kardashian is a relatiy star, designer, producer, entrepreneur, and author. For most stars this would be enough. But the star is now tackling singing. Her single "Turn It Up" was produced by The Dream,who also produced Rhianna's "Umbrella" and Beyonce's "Single Ladies." Kim says the song is a fun pop dance song. She wanted to try something that she had never done before and singing was definately it, but as for pursing singing as her full time gig, the star is trying not to think about the future.
Paris Hilton spilled at a pre-grammy party that she has new music in the works, and that her new album will drop in the next few months. Thats all the famous socialite would reveal. Paris is no longer with Waner Brother Records, but she would not release what label is going to release the album. Her producer and who she will be callobrating with is also unknown. So far this entire album is one giant mystery. The star is trying to build up the suspense, let's see if she can deliver.
Lady Gaga's single 'Born This Way' has been compared to Madonna's 'Express Yourself.' Lady Gaga admits she is a huge Madonna fan both personally and professionally. Madonna even approved of the song. "Well, the good news is that I got an e-mail from her people and her, sending me their love and complete support on behalf of the single and if the queen says it shall be, then it shall be," Gaga said in an interview.
Katy Perry is getting ready to drop her fourth single off her latest album, Teenage Dream. The music video is already in the works. Kanye West will be featured on the single version of the track. Valentine's Day used to be my favorite holiday. No, I am not being bitter. I'm just not doing anything special this year. But it still makes me curious...is romance still alive? Do guys still have the guts to ask a girl to be their valentine? Have all men given up on love or being chivalrous? Is it the girls job to plan something, or is it that ONE day a year where the girl can go up to her man and say "you are the best boyfriend ever i love you!" (any guy would probably pat himself on the back after this so why wouldn't they plan something nice?!) I've asked people around the station what their plans were for their special someone. And this is what they said:

Myles Marcus is an upcoming 18 year old singer. He has been singing for 5 years, and is a Jersey boy. Myles has worked with some amazing singing professionals like the renowned Amelia DeMayo and Sal Dupree and as a student at the Performing Theater Workshop, where he studies acting and voice. Myles has also been working with the School of Rock for the past 2 years and was lucky enough to have Producer Roy Royalty Hamilton III strike an interest in him, who then co-created and produced Myles first original single “Jump.” The emerging star also helps out causes such as the Diabetes Foundation whom he performed "It's A Man's World."
